Music Appreciation - Group 2
Music Appreciation Group 2 meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 2:30pm in member’s homes to listen to and discuss a wide variety of music, mostly classical. Members take it in turns to select the programme for the afternoon.
Recently we have listened to French Favourites and a tribute to Sir Thomas Beecham.
We encourage members to present one programme per year and there is plenty of help available. However this is not a condition of membership.
We are a very friendly group, mostly without specialist musical knowledge. We would love you to join us.
