Music Appreciation Group 1 meets on the 4^th Thursday of the month at 2:30pm in member’s homes to listen to and discuss a wide variety of music, mostly classical.  Members take it in turns to select the programme for the afternoon. Recently we have listened to Piano Concertos, A Tribute to Sir Thomas Beecham and Music About Animals.

We encourage members to present one programme per year and there is plenty of help available. However this is not a condition of membership.

We are a very friendly group, mostly without specialist musical knowledge. We would love you to join us.
